How To Play Solitaire

Accordion Solitaire (also called Idle Year Solitaire) is a game that requires a lot of room to play. Lay out all the cards in a single line (if you don't have room, you can lay them out in several rows as I do here). Cards next to each other that are the same suit or rank can be place on top of each other. If one card has another card of the same suit or rank three cards to the left, it can be place upon that card. Continue consolidating cards until you are cannot consolidate further. If you are left with a single stack, you win. Nestor solitaire (also known as Matrimony) is an uncomplicated, fast, and fun way to play solitaire. 48 of the 52 cards are dealt in 6 rows of 8 columns. Each card in a given column must be unique to ensure you don't deal an obvious losing board. Pairs of cards are removed until the entire board is cleared. The extra 4 cards are used one at a time once no valid moves remain. As shown in the video, there is some strategy to the order you remove cards, especially when 3 of the same cards show at the same time. Betrothal Solitaire (also called Royal Marriage Solitaire or Matrimony Solitaire) is an interesting and simple solitaire game to play. Start with the Queen of Hearts on the top of the deck and the King of Hearts on the bottom. Flip up and lay the Queen down on the left of the table. Golf Solitaire is a simple solitaire game to play and does require some strategy. Deal out four rows of seven cards. From the remaining pile, flip a card over. Remove cards from the board by making sequences up or down from the card you flipped up. Once you can no longer continue a sequence, flip up a new card. If you get to a king, the sequence ends.
